I finally live in a place that has beautiful fall colors. I can't tell you how much I've wanted to see the vibrant transition of the trees as we go from Summer to Winter.. brrrrr..
Here are a few pictures from my part of the world..
And my favorite picture of them all....
Fall has inspired so many ideas for me this year. I don't know if it's the colors around me? Or the cool crisp air? or maybe both. But I'm loving it! I hope you are enjoying Fall in your neck of the woods..
Wonderful pictures, just love the barn!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the pretty pictures.
ReplyDeleteNo Fall here in Texas. We're still in the 80's and 90's. I miss the crisp air and smell of Fall. Could send some our way?
How lovely! Fall colours in nature really are the best. Love the barn shot, too...there's something about weathered barn wood and changing leaves that is just perfection - it's a beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you! There's nothing like the colors of fall in the midwest. We're about to take our annual drive along the great river road next weekend. It's a great weekend of wonderful views, crafts, and food.
ReplyDeleteOh Heidi what wonderful pictures. I've never seen leaves that shade before. The picture of the lamp with the backdrop of the tree should be a postcard!
ReplyDeleteWe're into Spring in my neck of the woods after a cold long winter (cold for us Aussies that is)
Beautiful Pictures Heidi!! I am SO ready for Fall! Down here in Georgia, we are still in the 90's!! Fall! Where are you??
ReplyDeleteLol, as mentioned we're supposed to be having Spring in Oz but our area had 2 really big frosts in the last fortnight and then really hot days followed by pouring rain. In Australia this is termed "Melbourne weather", which means 4 seasons in a day! Makes life interesting :).
ReplyDeleteLove the pics, especially the one with the barn.
ReplyDeleteIsn't this another fabulous time of the year in Minnesota?
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous. I live in the Sonoran Desert and the closest thing we have to Fall is temperatures under 100 degrees. Going to CO next week and will get a FAll fix there.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos Heidi.
ReplyDeleteIn Australia the tress do not loose their leaves so the change of seasons is not as pretty.
beautiful
ReplyDeletevery inspiring colors, oh I love the fall
the crisp air, the changing of the leaves , nothing better.
not in full swing here in NJ yet.
Love the picture of the barn, someday I hope to make a barn quilt keep taking those pictures and sharing them with us!
thanks
Kathie
Beautiful photos Heidi, just what I needed this morning, here in England autumn in currently very wet, very grey and very chilly!
ReplyDeleteI can't get over how quickly our trees here in Wisconsin are turning. I just love driving around and seeing all the bright reds and oranges.
ReplyDeletePretty pictures! We are getting the crisp cool weather but no colors yet. Heading north in a couple of weeks to see the beauty!
ReplyDeleteI'll take MORE Fall year-round.
ReplyDeleteHeidi, since I found your blog, I am so FALLING in love with your posts.
Happy Fall to you!!
Beautiful pictures! I don't think we'll have the pretty colors this year because it's been too hot and dry. THanks for sharing yours.
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic photo's the last one is so gorgeous. Wow the color can inspire so much creativity, fall colors are so vivid. I am so happy I visited your blog today!
