Giveaway Time!!

Well, I finally made it over to the quilt store to pick up my February and March Patch Abilities patterns/kits. I was late getting February since everytime I turned around, someone in my house was sick.

Here is the mini for February..


And here is March..

I'm not a fan of the fabrics that the quilt store put together for either month this time. They just didn't do it for me.

Here are the patterns.. and I will be giving one away to two lucky people. If you have a preference for one month over the other, just let me know in the comments.

Remember - these won't be for sale on their own until 2012.. so this is the only way to get them unless you are in the monthly mini club.

    Those are precious! I am absolutely crazy about daffodils, so that would be my first choice. Of course, mom collects snowmen, so that pattern tickles my fancy, too! Love 'em!

    I love the daffodils! They are may favorite flower of spring. Often they make their way through the snow and are the first sign that spring is coming to northern Wisconsin. (We are about 80 miles south of you!)

    Both are gorgeous, but I think I'd have to go for the daffodils. I don't have any in the garden, and they would bring spring into the house

    Cute patterns. I agree with you about the fabric choices, a nice yellow for the daffodils would have been better. I think the yellows in Sunkissed would be perfect with a darker yellow maybe from essential dots.

    How nice! I would love the daffodil block. We have a daffodil festival every April. There is a childrens' parade with decorated bikes, strollers wagons etc, an antique car parade, a daffy hat contest and more.

    Very cute! I prefer at times to choose my own fabric for projects like this so I understand how you could feel that way about the daffodils. I started a block of the month embroidered quilt project (still unfinished) and was so surprised that the block background was so different than what I remembered the finished quilt sample!

    I think they are both great! I just discovered those stands a couple of weeks ago and want to start making some of these mini quilts. What's this about a "club?" I would love to know more.

    Love the daffodils. We get daffodils every year to support Cancer Society (my Grandma died of cancer) and this pattern reminds we of her.

    My favourite is the daffodils design. Our daffodils are coming out with gusto at the moment which is wonderful, I think spring is really here. Thanks for the chance to win.
