Welcome to the Quiltmaker 100 Blocks Vol 7 Blog Tour!
I'm excited to have my block in this latest volume of the 100 Blocks series. Each and every volume is FULL of inspiration and ideas.
Here is a picture of my block... it's called Whirly Zig! It is a combination of two of my favorites, pinwheels and zig zags.

Your block reminds me of Wyoming weather, the whirly (winds) and the zigs (or is that zags) (lightning)! Great block!

I love the way you combined the zigzag and pinwheel designs.
I like pinwheels too, they give a quilt movement which many other blocks cannot. I'd love to do that one in brights!
