I'm looking forward to this and will make some preparations for it tomorrow after work.
For my Sept FNSI I will be re-visiting a cross stitch I started last year and have decided to finish it...
Not sure what I'll be working on but I have a few projects to choose from!
Looking forward to this one - hoping to squeeze in some sewing in between cooking, cleaning and prep for birthday celebrations for hubby ;-)
I've got lots to do to get ready for a retreat I'm going to next weekend. I hope I'm not too tired to get lots done :)

Someone asked me the other day how my Scrappy Dresdens QAL quilt was coming along - and I was embarrassed to admit that I haven't touched it in a few months. So, that's probably on the top of the list for Friday night - hopefully!
I'm looking forward to FNSI.... I have a couple of fun projects lined up to work on. Hope my family cooperates :)

Excited about Friday night! Have been busy the past three weeks with prep for our school production (which was held today/tonight) so will be able to do somehing for myself this weekend (though, having said that, will be making a bag as a gift for my student teacher who has been on teaching practice with me!)
I'm not sure where September is going so quickly.... but will be ready to sew come Friday night!
I will be in Perth but I'll be sewing along there with the rest of you guys...

Okay, I faked the URL so I should be sewing on Friday night the good lord willing and the creek doesn't rise (or in my case the power doesn't go out.)
First time I've signed up. I have been so busy at work - still am - but taking a night off just to sew!! - what will I sew?? not sure yet - I'll have to figure it out when I get home - but there is plenty of choice!!!- plenty of UFOs around that is for sure.
I will be finding the sewing desk this afternoon all ready for an evening of stitching.!

I'm a last minute entry, oops! I have a few of my SKOW blocks all ready to be appliqued so I'll be working on those tonight. The deadline is looming. The pressure in on!!

Ah...the Sew-in. I am really looking forward to some quality time with my machine today.
I love being the last one to the party! As it's Friday night here in Australia, I know it's a bit late to be signing up, but my plans changed and I was able to participate....I've been working on a Jelly Roll Race quilt top for Aussie Hero Quilts....boy are those strips long! Will pop a post up on my blog either tonight before bed, or in the morning when I get up.

I'll be working on some rainbow blocks for a rainbow scrap challenge and I hope to start quilting a lap quilt that has been patiently waiting for 3 or 4 months.

I am so behind with a lot of my sewing and quilting that I really need to catch up so this will help me hopefully. That is if the new puppy will let me.

I'm so late getting started, got a phone call from my brother and since I hadn't talked to him in over two years other than emails, I settled in for a nice chat...1 1/2 hours worth, LOL. Anyway, this is my first time joining in this FNSI and I'm hoping this will help motivate me to work on some projects that are no longer whispering to me, they are screaming at the very top of their tiny little fibers for some attention. I missed the last 2 or 3 FNSI's and almost forgot to sign up for this one! I spent the day with friends doing a local quilt shop hop and am now filled with inspiration to sew!
